At LaBellePerfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
